I am so glad you are here. I am Catherine Gillard. I am an International Coaching Federation certified Trauma Informed Life Coach with 30 years of experience in education and ministry. I have a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Education in Child and Youth Studies and I am also a certified Mental Health Coach. I am completing specializations in Trauma/Crisis care, Grief and Loss and Behavioural and Chemical Addiction Recovery. I am passionate about empowering people in finding tools for hope, healing, freedom, transformation and purpose.
I've spent thousands of hours over the last few years working as a heart-set and mind-set breakthrough coach to help amazing people like you use proven neuroscience/brain science research and tools to understand and unhook from past patterns, get out of "survival mode" and learn to thrive -personally and relationally. There is HOPE! HEART HEALING isn't MAGICAL-- it's REAL and REALLY accessible!! When we live through dysfunction, crisis and pain we are often missing skillsets or develop maladaptive skillsets for navigating life. This affects us in so many ways: physically, mentally, emotionally, relationally and spiritually. BUT-- with the RIGHT tools that recognize the interplay between our body, brain and beliefs-- there IS a path forward in freedom, wholeness and resiliency! I am here offering passionate hope and great empathy with a proven framework of steps tailored to each client in a personalized and understandable format to create choice and changes in their personal and relational spheres. I am a certified Master Facilitator with the Trauma Healing Institute. I lead trauma healing groups and equippings globally and work to develop leaders who have both understanding and tools to walk with others in healing from trauma. I serve as the Trauma Lead and help with virtual and in person workshops, conferences and seminars as part of the board for Agora Network Ministries. Agora is an incredible organization that was founded to equip others on their mental health and wellness journey. You will see on my website a variety of possible opportunities to grow, heal and thrive: one-on-one breakthrough coaching, group coaching, family coaching, healing groups, podcasts and more. Grace and hope are the legacy that was birthed out of my life and what ultimately led me to found Stepping Stones Life Coaching: Finding Hope and a Future. This grace-filled space has been created to ignite hope and help others get unstuck while they uncover the roots of the thoughts, behaviours and beliefs that are holding them back so they can find LASTING change and THRIVE personally and relationally.
